Violation of any rules, responsibilities or settings listed below can result in game or match forfeit, suspension or ban. League administrative rulings are final and are only reviewable at the request of a team manager/administrator.

Team Responsibilities
1. Maintain current, accurate steam IDs & Names of players on team page
2. Know all league rules, keep up to date on news & updates, all found at the league website
3. Submit questions, complaints, and comments to league administrators
4. Provide an administrator from your roster for league matches
5. Give server admin privileges to match administrator and server RCON to MGL
6. Prior to match remove all ping restrictions (autokick)
7. Team servers must lift ALL bans during matches--only MGL bans apply to tournament play
8. Test server and maps in matchmode prior to match to ensure readiness
9. Each team selects one map from mappack AT GAME TIME (same for playoff teams). No team can repeat a map choice. (Therefore, if your team plays all the way to the finals you would have picked 6 different maps.) Team map choice is played on team's home field/server (same for tie-breakers)

Player Responsibilities
1. Must play with alias and steam ID listed on your MGL team roster/page
2. Can only play for one team at a time, players switching teams must sit 2 matches; no switching teams after the third match ; cannot add players in playoffs
3. All players must be in server 10 minutes prior to match
4. NO racial, sexual & religious slurs; NO threats, insensitive language, imagery or insults
5. Default skin models OR bright skins provided by MGL are allowed
6. No scripts, exploits, hacks, or cheats--ask admin if uncertain of potential infractions
7. Set rates to default: (a) rate 20000 (b) cl_cmdrate 30 (c) cl_updaterate 20

Administrator Responsibilities
1. Arrive 10 minutes earlier to ensure you have admin privileges on server
2. Type the following in console to check STEAM IDs and to revert ALL rates: (a) status (b) ma_cexec_all rate 20000 (c) ma_cexec_all cl_cmdrate 30 (d) ma_cexec_all cl_updaterate 20
3. Record game demos, take screenshots of rates, steam IDs and final scores
4. While recording demos track each player with an emphasis on flag carriers
5. Field any questions players may have prior, during, & after each game
6. Upload demos and screenshots after matches
7. If a rule infraction occurs do NOT stop game--submit the infraction(s) to MGL for ruling
8. Games are ONLY replayed if:
(a) ABNORMAL server lag or (b) map malfunction(s) discovered DURING game

Match Rules
1. Team with most caps (CTF) or greater time of possession (DOM) after 2 games wins; if tied, 3rd game is sudden death (CTF), 1st cap wins; or 3rd game is played (DOM); 3rd game rules are repeated until winner is had
2. If, at any time, a team is ahead by 10 caps the game is over
3. Home team plays on its server in 1st & 3rd game; home team rebel, away team combine
4. Only administrators can spectate matches
5. If player disconnects during game, play continues; substitutions only BETWEEN games
6. Player can only join a game-in-progress if he disconnected or the team began shorthanded
7. Games are scheduled as 4 versus 4, but teams have other options:
(a) Team(s) can play shorthanded, less than 4, but opposing team can still play 4 players
(b) Teams can agree to play more than 4 players as long as teams are even, e.g., 5 vs 5
8. All games are played with the following server.cfg settings, MOST NOTABLE:
Time limit: 15 Mins, Overtime: 2 Mins, Runes: OFF, Turrets: ON, Friendly Fire: OFF, Weapon Stay: ON, Mercyrule 10
